Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain fitness and personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Gift cards and clearance items are also non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
